Drea Holland is a fitness competitor, coach, personal and group fitness trainer that has come a long way in her journey of self-discovery.
You wouldn’t know it but, this 5’1″2-time fitness competition winner and powerhouse battled with her weight most of her life. Was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in her 20’s, struggled with infertility, fought depression, wrangled with isolation and found herself on bed rest with her second pregnancy. Being immobilized she started pushing the scale to over 200 LBS. At that point, she decided to start moving and to educate herself on how to lose the weight once and for all.
